Benefits available to registered visually impaired

This is a quick reference guide to the benefits and concessions that you may be able to claim when you register as Severely Sight Impaired/Blind or Sight Impaired/Partially Sighted in Warwickshire. It also tells you where to apply for them or seek further information.

Often people with a useful amount of remaining vision are nonetheless registered as Severely Sight Impaired/Blind. This list does not include services such as the Rehabilitation services provided by WAB, which are dealt with elsewhere. If you are not registered ask your GP or eye specialist.

Whether you are registered or not, if you have problems then a Rehabilitation Officer will visit you.

Following tables appy to:
1)anyone, 2)people on low incomes, 3)people of working age
