WAB has established a network of local Drop-In Centres where we can be contacted every week. We wish to make our services more accessible.
The aim of the local Drop-In Centres is to fulfil the demands for local access to equipment and information services.
To help celebrate Blind Awareness Month representatives from various service and product providers for visually impaired people will be at the Drop-in Centres during the month of June.
The local Drop-In Centres are run by Community Workers and offer:
- Advice
- Information
- Equipment for daily living including a comprehensive display of specialist equipment for the home and electronic magnifiers
- IT equipment and training
- Group activities
- Requests for all WAB service
The local Drop-In Centres are available at:
