What do you think about information provided by Health Services?
Do you get your prescription in a format you can read?
Is Large Print, Braille, Audio or CD offered to you if you need it?
Do you feel like you are creating a fuss if you ask for information in a different format?
How do you feel about asking a relative to read your personal health information for you?
The Warwickshire Local Involvement Network (LINk) is working throughout the County to support people to have their say about local Health and Social Care Services.
